About The Menu
The Cookbook Club event on May 25th had a menu based on dishes from

TANGO by Facundo Rodulfo and Pam Neumann
The menu was carefully crafted by Facundo, Pam and Camerino Bakery Blackrock.

Guests received a signed copy of TANGO to bring home with them to try out the recipes for themselves. Throughout the night we shared stories, memories and tips with Pam and Facundo all about the journey of making TANGO.

We enjoyed famous Argentinean dishes such as empanadas, asado and mouthwatering desserts. All mixed together with great conversations throughout the night.

About The Authors
Facundo Rodulfo and Pamela Neumann are the dynamic duo behind Tango Street Food in Killarney. Their journey spans continents, bringing the flavours of their homeland, Argentina, to their new community to foster cultural awareness and togetherness.
Facundo’s passion for food began during childhood while watching his Spanish-Italian family cook Sunday meals. His uncle’s founding of a pizza chain in Buenos Aires inspired Facundo to enter the culinary world.
Pamela’s hospitality journey began at her parents’ businesses, first a bakery, then later a hotel on the coast.
Once married, they managed the hotel and restaurant together before moving to Europe. Facundo participated in diverse gastronomic projects in Spain. Meanwhile, Pamela fell in love with Irish family culture while working in the travel industry. They moved to Kerry, drawn by its resemblance to Patagonia.
They started a food truck during the pandemic and now operate the first Argentinian restaurant in Munster and the only parrilla (open-fire grill) in Ireland. They enjoy visiting new destinations, trying different food and spending quality time with their four boys, who adore Messi and playing fútbol with their dad.
About The Book
Facundo Rodulfo and Pam Neumann are the dynamic duo behind Tango Street Food in Killarney, County Kerry. Originally from Buenos Aires, they want to share not only the flavours of their homeland, but also their love of fostering cultural awareness and togetherness through food.
In Tango, Facundo and Pam showcase a fusion of Argentine and Italian street food-style recipes. Each recipe is a testament to the power of food to transcend borders, connect people and create community. From their famous beef empanadas and stuffed pizzas to family favourites such as Argentine shepherd’s pie and chocotorta, Tango brings a fresh new way of sharing Argentine food culture to everyone’s table.
